Job Description
As a Sr. Technical Product Analyst, you will play a critical role in enabling the company to be data-driven through analyzing customer behavior, identifying performance trends, and driving continuous improvements to enhance digital experiences. You will be responsible for providing actionable insights through data analysis, identifying and resolving pain points, and optimizing user flows and technical product performance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a strong technical background, expertise in data visualization tools (PowerBI), and the ability to deliver complex insights to all audiences.
Essential Job Functions: Analyze User Behavior using SQL and Python. Improve User Experience (UX) by using insights to drive product usability improvements. Support product roadmap by integrating user behavior data into the product roadmap. Build and maintain dynamic sales funnel dashboards using PowerBI.
