Job Description
The Philanthropy Officer will manage a portfolio of 100-150 individuals and family foundations, developing strategies to upgrade current donors and identify new prospects. They will serve as a liaison to West Coast advisory committees and field offices, providing comprehensive stewardship for existing donors and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. They will stay informed of institutional priorities and current updates on key immigration issues, executing small-scale cultivation events and managing Salesforce to track donor gift projections. The role involves pursuing specific donor networks, working collaboratively, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is also required.
