Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and remediate Snowflake performance, warehouse, concurrency, and workload issues.
- Implement dbt conventions, macros, tests, and CI/CD quality gates.
- Partner with teams to ensure data reliability and observability.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of software or data engineering experience with hands-on Snowflake and dbt.
- Advanced SQL and strong Python skills for production workflows.
- Experience operating large-scale cloud data platforms and debugging high-volume workloads.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.
- Background in healthcare or complex financial processing.
- Knowledge of sensitive-data controls and governance in regulated environments.
