Job Description
The Remote Deferred Action Legal Assistant will prepare forms, letters, documents, and correspondence for attorney review. The assistant will maintain extensive communication with clients to provide case status and outstanding customer service. They will oversee the status of cases through the utilization of case management systems, including CLIO and Airtable and make regular updates to case management systems, including client information, case tracking information, and client communications. Complete assignments and communicate case status to the Legal Supervisor and demonstrate strategic thinking and initiative concerning case assignments.
