Research Scientist (PhD-level) - Freelance

To accelerate our scientific production, we are looking for a freelance Research Scientist (PhD-level) passionate about data and innovation. Your role: bring your expertise in advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling, and deliver publication-ready results. You will work hand in hand with our research team to advance scientific innovation and change the medicine of tomorrow. Missions: Implement and compare predictive models applied to a large cohort Implement supervised and unsupervised machine learning methods (regressions, random forests, neural networks, clustering, feature selection) Perform advanced statistical analyzes: consistency, sensitivity, multivariate regressions, correlations, robustness analyzes Explore the integration of multimodal data (clinical, biological, behavioral, imaging) to enrich predictive models Develop and document reproducible and robust R or Python scripts Produce publication-ready tables, visualizations and figures that comply with international standards Identify new correlates and suggest innovative exploratory analysis avenues Provide methodological support and contribute to scientific writing (methods, results, discussion)
