The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus) plus basic computer and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities are necessary. This role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and the candidate should be adaptable and willing to learn new tools or systems. A reliable and responsible work ethic is also essential. The role involves collecting, processing, and analyzing data from various sources, preparing reports and visualizations to present findings to internal teams, and supporting business decisions with data-driven insights. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and maintaining and updating dashboards for ongoing performance tracking are also key responsibilities.
