UI/UX Engineer

Dandy is hiring a talented UI/UX engineer to build streamlined interfaces and user experiences for digital design products that will form the backbone of the next generation of digital dental labs. In this role, you will design elegant, modern UIs and efficient workflows for 3D CAD-type digital design applications. You will integrate and interface with generative AI and 3D model processing pipelines that power key aspects of the company. You will work closely with designers as well as the geometry, algorithms, and back-end engineering teams while adhering to contemporary design patterns and best-practices. You will be responsible for minimizing the friction in using a complex suite of digital tools for dental design, creating interfaces and experiences that are powerful yet uncluttered. You will work cross-functionally to deliver practical solutions to real-world 3D problems across our engineering org. You will build interactive web tools that allow doctors, lab technicians and patients to interact with 3D scans and medical images.
