Job Description
Business Development:
-Develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities and drive “new logo” acquisition.
-Identify and engage prospective customers, build lasting rapport, and establish clear sales targets.
-Lead business development planning efforts, leveraging market insights and competitive intelligence.
Client Management:
-Manage and grow client retention by enhancing relationships and identifying opportunities for expanded value.
-Present products and services to deepen existing partnerships and address customer needs effectively.
-Coordinate internal and external client debriefs to inform future strategy and improvements.
Sales Operations:
-Prepare weekly progress reports and ensure accurate CRM data management.
-Track activity across accounts, pursue deal closure, and consistently work toward established targets.
-Analyze competitive positioning to refine unique value propositions and differentiators.
