Wealthfront is looking for a Senior Staff Product Designer to drive design for our Investing products, reporting to the Design Director for Self-Directed Investing.
Success requires strong collaboration skills, scalable systems thinking, and a high bar for craft and execution.

What You’ll Do:

Create structure and drive outcomes for high-ambiguity, high-complexity work, including organizing design sprints and rapid prototyping.
Become the go-to designer for investing initiatives, partnering with leaders across Wealthfront to scale the company and ship high-impact opportunities.
Uphold culture and team health by leading design-team wide initiatives, fostering an inclusive environment, and maturing the design team.

Who You Are:

You have 8+ years of product design experience in a consumer software company and a proven track record of shipping exceptional quality products.
You are an exceptional product thinker who communicates abstract design concepts clearly to senior leaders and executives.
You embrace complexity, transform ambiguity into clarity, and demonstrate high agency with a company-first mindset.
