Director, People Operations

As the Director of People Operations, you will be the primary People leader supporting Oshi’s operations and medical teams, helping to build and scale the systems, culture, and processes that enable our clinical and operational staff to thrive. You’ll partner closely with leaders across care delivery, field operations, and business operations to attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent while ensuring a seamless and mission-aligned employee experience. This role requires someone who is equally strategic and execution-oriented—comfortable designing systems from scratch while rolling up their sleeves in a fast-moving environment. Lead People Operations for Clinical & Operational Teams and serve as the main HR and people partner for the operations and medical organization. You will also focus on organizational design, recruitment and onboarding, culture and engagement, performance and development, employee relations and support, compliance and risk management, and compensation and benefits.
