Product Manager

As the first Product Manager, you'll own the entire product function initially, shaping our AI tools for individual developers and enterprise stakeholders (e.g., engineering managers). You'll represent the user, driving product strategy in a crowded market by focusing on competitive differentiation, user needs, and efficient MVPs. This senior role requires 10-15 years of product experience, deep technical fluency to collaborate with our seasoned engineers, and a startup mindset to thrive with broad agency. You will gather user feedback, analyze the current product experience (e.g., VS Code extension, CLI agent), and prioritize features based on impact. The role involves developing long-term product vision, monitoring competitors, and collaborating with tech leads and engineers on technical feasibility. You will also own roadmaps and project prioritization, focusing on 80/20 solutions and MVPs.
