Job Description
Build and maintain pricing and plan selection UIs and develop backend services that manage subscriptions, usage tracking, and payment flows. Collaborate with design, product, and data to deliver performant, user-centered experiences. You will work across the stack to modernize legacy systems and improve platform scalability as well as help define new interfaces between systems — e.g., billing APIs, pricing engines, entitlements, plan change workflows.
The Revenue Zone is responsible for the experience every paying customer has with Zapier, meaning your work directly supports the company’s business growth. This is an opportunity to ship features that improve transparency, reliability, and flexibility in how customers pay for Zapier. You will modernize the tech stack behind core billing and packaging infrastructure. Work with Product, Finance, and Support teams to reduce friction and drive adoption.
