Job Description
Oversee large-scale IFM and engineering service programs across multiple sites. Serve as a key liaison with enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, SLAs, and performance metrics. Manage the planning and execution of facility improvement projects, maintenance programs, and equipment deployments (MHE, RDE, automation systems). Work closely with CPS Operations, Engineering, Safety, and Field teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Track KPIs, financials, and progress reporting; identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Develop SOPs, training, and best practices to drive safety, quality, and efficiency. Lead and mentor project managers, coordinators, and subcontractors to deliver consistent, high-quality results.
