Job Description
As a Customer Journey Specialist at Customer.io, you’ll engage with trial users early and often to understand their goals, guide them through key setup steps, and help them see value quickly. Capture and share feedback to inform the team’s approach and uncover product improvements. Help customers get to “aha” moments by providing practical advice and support. You'll spot and support growing accounts, collaborating across teams to ensure timely help and a smooth experience. Monitor engagement and usage, and educate users with best practices and product tips.
This is a foundational role, providing the opportunity to influence how customers activate and retain at scale. You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team and have opportunities to advance into other areas like Customer Success, Sales, or Premium Account Management.
