Job Description
As the Production Engineer, responsibilities include production management involving developing and implementing daily production plans that align with customer orders and overall operational objectives. Ensure that production goals are consistently met while adhering to quality standards and monitor production workflows, adjusting processes as necessary to enhance efficiency and output.
Additional responsibilities include production planning by Collaborating with sales and logistics teams to forecast demand and plan production schedules accordingly. Optimize production processes to ensure timely delivery of finished products.
The role also involves Reporting and Analysis to prepare and present comprehensive reports on production performance, planning metrics, and team achievements to management.
