Job Description
Role:
- Litigating cases to enforce housing maintenance code and multiple dwelling law.
- Executing difficult negotiations on behalf of the agency.
- Advising on legal aspects of enforcement of housing standards.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a Staff Attorney.
- Researching and preparing complex briefs.
- Preparing for and conducting trials.
Requirements:
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Knowledge of NYC Housing Maintenance Code and NYS Multiple Dwelling Law.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
