Job Description
The UX Content Strategist will manage, coach, and support one direct report, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across all their projects. They will govern and refine our product's voice, tone, and vocabulary to balance clarity with personality. Part of the role will be overseeing the content strategy for our member-facing AI tools, including our AI-powered Help Chat, and championing user-centric content; collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers. A key part of the role is partnering with our Legal and Compliance teams to craft messaging that meets strict regulatory requirements without sacrificing our approachable and empowering brand voice.
