Job Description
Procore is seeking a Manager, Commercial Account Management to join their Sales team to mentor and lead a team of Account Managers focused on performing inside sales, technical demonstrations, and supporting deals to close. This role involves driving a high-performance, high-accountability culture, meeting sales goals, and expanding the customer base.
The Manager will lead the team to renew and expand Procore’s customer base through upgrades and cross-selling new products. They’ll attract, hire, and retain high-performing Account Managers. The role involves providing training and support, conducting call and deal reviews, and helping with onsite presentations and deal strategies. The position requires experience in software sales (preferably SaaS), management experience, and a track record of exceeding quota.
