Business Data Analyst

In this critical role as Business Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the success of the Chromebook Program by leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making. You will analyze sales data, identify trends and opportunities, and provide valuable insights to organizational stakeholders. Your Responsibilities: Develop and maintain sales forecasting and reporting for various Chromebook Program categories, including sell-in and sell-out data Analyze performance data to identify key trends, potential opportunities, and areas for improvement Analyze business issues and data challenges internal and external partners face within the retail environment Offer training and support on data analysis tools and reporting processes to ensure optimal utilization Review and edit user requirements, specifications, and business processes to recommend effective solutions Conduct monthly post-mortems on program and product promotions to identify areas for improvement Provide analysis and insights to inform the development of quarterly plans, strategic initiatives, and executive presentations Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive dashboards that enhance visibility into crucial program metrics Develop functional and system design specifications to guide development and testing efforts Formalize business cases, plan projects, and present recommendations to management for approval Regularly communicate progress updates, identify potential risks, and propose mitigation strategies to stakeholders and management
