IT Administrator

We're looking for a proactive, knowledgeable IT Administrator to support our growing team across both office and remote environments. In this role, you’ll ensure our technology runs smoothly, our systems stay secure, and our employees receive exceptional support—no matter where they work. Configure, deploy, and maintain laptops/workstations (Windows & macOS). Manage mobile devices and applications through MDM tools. Install, update, and troubleshoot software, OS patches, drivers, and performance issues. Support and maintain office hardware including printers and peripherals. Provide hands-on assistance with hardware, software, authentication, and business apps. Assist with remote/hybrid setups and ongoing tech support. Resolve help desk tickets with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and customer service. Support widely used applications like Microsoft Office, Slack, Atlassian, and Adobe Creative Suite. Research emerging tools and technologies to enhance IT processes. Assist in maintaining cybersecurity controls (firewalls, endpoint protection, encryption, etc.).
