Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented individual to help keep our growing fleet of robots operational and ensure their success in the field. You will play a crucial role in monitoring our systems and reporting key insights to enable swift issue resolution and support new deployments.
Your responsibilities include monitoring the Scanner and Robotic fleet by running a set of queries and following defined processes, reporting anomalies in robot behavior to the Field Service Engineering (FSE) team to support customer issue resolution, and supporting the success of new robot installations through meticulous monitoring of robot behavior.
