Senior Director, Accounting and Financial Reporting

Financial Reporting Leadership:

• Lead accounting and financial reporting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with the CFO and VP of Finance & Accounting, delivering transparent and actionable insights.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and process enhancement.

System Development and Compliance:

• Build scalable systems, policies, and internal controls for growth and audit readiness.
• Interpret complex accounting standards, implementing clear and consistent policies.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors, ensuring audit readiness year-round.

Team and Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Mentor accounting staff, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Technology for data integrity and system alignment.
• Coordinate with tax partners ensuring accurate and timely filings.
