Senior Product Growth Analyst

Close is hiring our first Senior Product Growth Analyst. This analyst will be embedded in the Growth team and act as a strategic partner. You’ll turn product and user data into actionable insights that will drive experimentation, prioritization, and sustainable revenue growth. You’ll help us build a disciplined, outcomes-driven growth process, identify opportunities, and ensure we’re focused on what truly moves the needle.

This analyst will build our product analytics foundation from the ground up, working with Product and Data Engineering to improve instrumentation and define core metrics. You’ll play a key role in setting the standards for how we measure and learn from user behavior. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on company strategy and growth, helping Close transition from reactive growth efforts to a proactive, insight-led approach.
