Red Team Engineer

As a Red Team Engineer, you will design and execute realistic, objective-based social engineering campaigns, including sophisticated phishing, vishing (voice phishing), and smishing (SMS phishing) attacks. You will develop believable scenarios and personas to test the effectiveness of our physical and procedural security controls through on-site pretexting engagements. You will work closely with our defenders to provide a realistic adversary perspective, helping them tune detections, improve response playbooks, and enhance employee training programs. The role requires continuous research of the latest social engineering TTPs and psychological principles to ensure our red team operations remain cutting-edge and effective. You will also integrate social engineering tactics with technical exploitation to gain initial access, escalate privileges, and achieve campaign objectives.
