Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all tenant maintenance requests.
  • Contact, coordinate, and dispatch vendor(s) to properties.
  • Communicate with landlords to obtain approval for make-ready or maintenance repairs.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Experience using property management software.
  • Customer service experience.

Qualities:

  • Customer service mindset and positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently.
