Job Description
You will be collaborating in a cross-functional team with frontend engineers, PMs, designers, and QA to deliver seamless financial experiences, developing and enhancing features by building robust APIs, workflows, and fintech capabilities as you fix bugs, ensuring reliability, clarity, and excellent user experience. You will be solving complex Fintech Problems by building ledger-driven systems across payments, payroll, treasury, and compliance and designing services handling high-volume, multi-currency transactions with safety, concurrency, and idempotency.
You will enable on-chain payroll & settlements using stablecoins and trust-minimized flows, integrate APIs from leading Web3 partners (custodians, on/off-ramps, networks, compliance vendors), contribute to smart contracts that power real financial operations (escrow, payouts, invoicing, treasury automation) and design hybrid Web2 Web3 architectures connecting Deel’s ledger, banking rails, and chain-based flows.
