Job Description
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, payroll system maintenance, and ensuring compliance with applicable payroll regulations. This role works closely with Accounting and cross-functional teams as part of the Operations team to support the needs of a fast-moving, high-growth organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining payroll systems, ensuring compliance with laws, preparing reports, and recommending improvements to payroll processes. Additional responsibilities include assisting with audits and performing other duties as assigned.
