Role Scope:
- Lead the 0 → 1 launch of a payments venture on the Bitcoin-backed Rootstock sidechain.
- Shape proven protocol technology into a portfolio of products like remittances and merchant pay.
- Operate with high autonomy, reporting to the CTO while building your own squad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validate product-market fit through customer discovery, pilots, and design partnerships.
- Align with R&D on underlying protocol capabilities and manage upcoming rollouts.
- Drive commercial traction by securing early partners, distribution channels, and revenue paths.
Candidate Profile:
- Brings 3–7 years in payments/fintech with hands-on crypto payment product experience.
- Possesses a strong understanding of Bitcoin/EVM ecosystems and startup execution speed.
- Is comfortable as the external face of the venture, eager to own and lead rather than just contribute.
