Senior Production Manager

Reporting to the Senior Studio Manager, the Senior Production Manager plays a key role across the department. You’ll partner closely with multiple teams to offer strategic production guidance across a wide range of deliverables—everything from print collateral and stock art to font purchases, vendor coordination, and financial tracking. You’ll lead the flow of printed materials through the agency—organizing, managing, and monitoring every step. That includes checking schedules, developing specs, reviewing quality, and making sure deadlines are met. You’ll collaborate with outside vendors to ensure every print job meets company standards and work side-by-side with our Creative Teams to make sure all files are built to spec and ready for production. The role involves upholding production best practices, ensuring quality and on-time delivery, and managing vendor relationships with Stock Image vendors and negotiating pricing and usage rights.
