  • Coach coordinators towards missional living and monitor service completion with administrative oversight.
  • Meet monthly with coordinators and clients to review results, provide feedback, and implement recovery strategies.

Hiring and Onboarding:

  • Conduct interviews to assess coordinator calling and character, partnering with Talent Acquisition for community matching.
  • Ensure remarkable initial program experiences through communication, training, and 90-day activity support.

Team and Culture:

  • Model Apartment Life core values and foster an environment where they are lived out within the team.
  • View individual goals as part of team strategy for recruiting, growth, and operational success.

Transitions and Management:

  • Manage program transitions, including coordinator backfills and client cancellations, with strategic vision casting.
  • Meet annually with community managers to review performance and discuss budget planning.
