Partner Success Associate

Imagine Pediatrics is seeking a Partner Success Associate to support client engagement and growth within the Partner Success Department. You will play a critical role in supporting key business results related to client retention and contract performance. Client-Facing Delivery Expectations include building fluency in dashboards and data, translating data into presentations, project managing follow-ups, and collaborating with senior management.

Internal Governance and Communication responsibilities include managing templates, documenting process optimization, coordinating efforts to improve contract performance, and communicating project status to stakeholders. The role requires a passion for pediatric healthcare, strong relationship-building skills, excellent project management abilities, and a commercial mindset.
