With the People & Culture Team at the Motel One Group's head office in Munich, we support all hotels in 13 countries in all HR strategic areas - from employer branding to talent management to organizational development. As a Workday Specialist (m/f/d) with a focus on implementations, you will support the expansion of our global HR system landscape. You bring structure to complex requirements, work closely with international stakeholders and ensure that Workday processes are implemented in a clean, compliant and user-friendly manner. Your work lays the foundation for efficient, digital HR processes in several countries.
Your tasks include: You will support international implementation projects, including in the area of Absence, and take over the configuration, testing and documentation of new processes. You analyze the requirements of the countries and specialist areas, translate them into Workday configuration and ensure that legal and internal requirements are met. You work closely with the People & Culture team and external implementation partners, coordinate agreements and ensure a smooth project flow. You will support system roll-outs, create training documents, conduct training courses and provide support for the go-live of new functions. You will develop our Workday modules (Absence, HCM, Advanced Compensation), identify optimization potential and implement improvements in coordination with People & Culture. You will take on support and troubleshooting tasks, analyze the causes of errors and develop sustainable solutions.
This is a part-time position with 24-30 hours per week that can be performed remotely.
