The Role:
- Bridge between Marketing, Product, and Sales to turn assets into seller-ready narratives.
- Build training, run sessions, and equip Account Executives and SDRs with playbooks.
- Grow into a seller-facing partner over time.
What You'll Do:
- Translate marketing assets into sales narratives, pitch flows, and talk tracks.
- Design and deliver training on sales psychology, discovery, and objection handling.
- Own the enablement content library and co-present weekly Sales Deep Dives.
You Are a Perfect Fit If You Have:
- 1–2 years of B2B sales or marketing experience in SaaS.
- Daily fluency with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini.
- Strong presentation skills and familiarity with MEDDIC methodology.
