Job Description

The Construction Project Coordinator is responsible for evaluating and assessing information necessary to construct the aspects of construction projects. This role requires keen oversight project documentation compliance. The ideal candidate will have an extensive background in project control methodologies and strong analytical skills to provide accurate and timely information for decision-making while working remotely. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and involves collaborating closely with project teams and trade partners via virtual communication tools. Analyze project performance data, including schedule adherence and cost variances through digital platforms. Prepare and present regular progress reports to project stakeholders, emphasizing key metrics and issues. Implement cost control measures to mitigate financial risks and manage change orders effectively. Monitor progress against the schedule, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions.
