The IAM Principal Consultant, SailPoint, is a customer-facing consultant responsible for implementing the technical deployments of IAM solutions at Cyderes. They work on customer projects and programs, directly with the Engagement Lead and Project Manager to deliver outstanding solutions. They maintain a high quality of work and delight our clients. The IAM Consultant will be well-versed in their area of expertise and will focus on delivering SailPoint. The Principal Consultant will lead and mentor a team of other consultants on their project or program. They often work as technical leads on customer projects and programs, advising on best practice for implementation and technical excellence. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to share their expertise with customers acting as a trusted advisor for topics within the IAM domain. They need to have extensive hands-on experience in deploying large complex IAM projects. As such, excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) are a must as well as the ability to work across multiple accounts and projects at the same time.
