Job Description
We are seeking a Finance and Operations Analyst to support our team with data management, project tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting. As the Finance and Operations Analyst, you will maintain accurate internal systems and provide clear insights to guide decisions as we scale. Responsibilities for this role include updating data in Airtable and Asana, managing invoicing in Stripe, reviewing expenses from Ramp and QuickBooks, tracking project costs, building dashboards, and identifying automation opportunities. A strong attention to detail and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel are required.
