Responsibilities:
- Own analytics and AI workstreams for next-best-action and field education capabilities.
- Develop interpretable machine learning, statistical, and generative AI solutions using structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with data and application engineers on pipelines and deployment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field with 5+ years of experience in data science or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and Git.
- Experience with real-world clinical, EHR, or longitudinal data.
