Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and steward Galileo's clinical data and interoperability strategy, aligning engineering, clinical, and leadership stakeholders.
- Define product requirements for clinical data infrastructure and translate clinical workflow needs into technical specifications.
- Own the EHR integration roadmap, driving execution from spec through production and managing enterprise clinical workflow decisions.
Cross-functional Leadership:
- Partner with clinical operations to ensure product decisions reflect actual clinician work and evaluate the responsible use of AI in clinical contexts.
- Drive alignment during organizational change, surfacing blockers early and bringing stakeholders to decisions.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years in healthcare technology product management with 4+ years in clinical data, EHR integration, or interoperability roles.
- Hands-on EHR experience, working knowledge of FHIR R4 and HL7 standards, and proven ability to operate in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of a shipped interoperability or clinical data strategy and experience managing enterprise clinical tooling decisions.
