This role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of data and AI solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical best practices. It requires architecting and optimizing large language models and agentic AI workflows for automation and decision support. Also involves leveraging AWS and Snowflake to build scalable data pipelines for both structured and unstructured data, while also partnering with cross-functional teams, including tech, business, risk, legal, and compliance stakeholders, to deliver integrated solutions. Stay current with emerging technologies in AI, data engineering, and cloud computing, driving continuous improvement and innovation. Ensure all solutions meet regulatory, security, and compliance requirements relevant to the financial services industry. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
