Associate Creative Director

We seek an Associate Creative Director to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a design and big idea conceptual leader for social forward campaigns around gaming clients. We're seeking someone who loves diving into clients' businesses, understanding their marketing challenges, and proposing solutions. The best candidates for this role will love creative ideation, social marketing, gaming, the internet, and partnering with creative teams to make cool stuff. Concept and direct campaign-level art design for social-forward campaigns. Collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, and project managers to build out and plan the campaign. Work fluidly across channels and platforms. Help lead teams with storyboarding/shot lists/creative direction Implement feedback received from internal and client teams Proactively track, prioritize, organize, plan, and implement tasks Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with staff, vendors, and clients Performs other duties, as assigned.
