Job Description

This role is crucial to our mission, contributing directly to the Department of the Air Force's (DAF) sustainability goals. As Installation Energy Program Manager (IEPM), you will be instrumental in developing and implementing DAF-wide energy strategies, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving impactful energy savings initiatives. You will work with senior leadership and stakeholders across multiple organizations, playing a critical role in shaping the future of energy management within the Air Force. Key responsibilities include coordinating program documentation, developing energy plans, providing updates to leadership, conducting research on energy topics, managing funding requirements, and coordinating congressional task responses. You will also support IEPM sub-programs, coordinate with facility energy stakeholders, advocate for IEPM resources, track compliance trends, execute the Air Force Energy Readiness and Resiliency Exercise (ERRE) Program, and provide oversight for DAF energy and water programs.
