Frontend Architect

As a Frontend Software Architect, you will be responsible for designated areas of the architecture in our LastPass product, particularly around client-side technologies. You are expected to take ownership by gaining a deep understanding of these areas, documenting them, and establishing and maintaining the architectural vision and future goals. You will build consensus around architectural principles and clarify these principles when necessary, and help coordinate architectural developments both within and outside of the application domain by conducting early reviews of deliverables, producing recommendations, and providing guidelines and best practices. Ensure architectural direction and governance are aligned with business, product, and technology strategies, as well as industry best practices, and participate in solution design for new initiatives by outlining high-level solutions. Additionally, identify refactoring activities needed to address technical debt, and improve performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and security and conceptualize and experiment with alternative architectural approaches.
