Job Description
As an Education Community Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of educator accounts, monitoring usage data and engagement signals in HubSpot to identify upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities. The role involves guiding new educator accounts through seamless product onboarding and setup, helping with technical questions, solving problems, and encouraging the use of Splice. You will also design and deliver live or recorded workshops, webinars, and one‑on‑one trainings tailored to individual account needs and cultivate a network of educator champions by facilitating peer‑to‑peer forums, virtual meetups, and ambassador programs. This position collects and synthesizes account feedback on product features and other support materials, partnering with cross functional teams to surface improvement opportunities.
