Academic Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Support and grade assignments for a group of 30-40 students in an 11-week online course.
- Attend lectures and lead discussion sections to reinforce key concepts and host weekly office hours.
- Act as a mentor and coach to students, helping them stay motivated and build strong academic habits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Administration, or a related field and/or active work in a startup or business role.
- Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students with strong communication skills.
- Passion for student success and comfort with digital tools like LMS and video conferencing.
Compensation and Structure:
- Compensation is $2,000 per 4-credit course or $1,185 per 1-2 credit course over an 11-week quarter.
- The role requires a commitment of 4-6 hours per week with flexible scheduling for training and remote work.
