IT Operations Specialist

Huntress is seeking a skilled and proactive IT Operations Specialist to join their growing and dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be a cornerstone of internal IT operations, providing technical support, mentorship, and systems administration. You'll manage and scale IT infrastructure and SaaS systems, serving as a point of contact for technical issues across the global remote environment.

Responsibilities include hardware and software support, system configuration, monitoring, performance optimization, and documentation. You'll work with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and training, mentor junior administrators, improve IT processes, and stay current with security threats. This position requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, customer service, and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team while supporting Huntress's rapid growth.
