Senior Data Scientist

Join Gradient AI, where you'll design, develop, and implement predictive models for underwriting and patient care management using machine learning and deep learning. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform underwriting decisions and patient care strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data engineering, software engineering, actuarial consulting, clinical, and IT, to understand business needs and create data-driven solutions. Stay updated on industry trends and propose innovations to enhance underwriting processes and patient care management. Experience requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years or a Master’s/Ph.D. and 2+ years of professional data science experience in health insurance underwriting or care management. Skills needed include proficiency in Python, deep learning frameworks, SQL, and AWS. Experience with MLOps and actuarial methods is a plus.
