Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Director (Contract) to lead our culture-first campaigns; this is a temporary role on a contract basis to cover a parental leave. You’ll drive the strategy, ideation, execution, and amplification of our top-tier campaigns. You are someone who has a deep background in brand strategy, leading omni-channel, and developing creative that is tied to culture. The ideal candidate is highly creative and self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, and collaborates well with others. You will be responsible for the strategy and distribution of marquee culture-first campaigns. You will own outcomes, ensuring our campaigns have the right partners, budgets, and KPIs. You will plan media and channel amplification plans for campaigns and identify social, brand and community insights to inform campaign strategy.
