Senior Manager, GTM Analytics & Planning

Experience:

• Significant experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Includes experience leading teams within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in GTM planning, including capacity modeling, quota setting, and headcount planning.

Skills:

• High proficiency in Snowflake and dbt (data build tool) for building scalable, governed data models.
• Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R for modeling.
• Deep experience with Salesforce (CRM) and BI tools such as Sigma or Tableau.

Responsibilities:

• Execute the vision for GTM analytics, ensuring our data infrastructure supports a multi-segment, global sales organization.
• Partner with Finance and RevOps to set targets, define territories, and build capacity models.
• Act as a key pillar of the RevOps team, driving data integrity and ensuring the Revenue Engine is fueled by clean, actionable data.
