This Director role will lead cross function data transformation initiatives powered by modern technology stack – Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, Open AI – Across mid-market and enterprise clients. This individual will own portfolio -level governance and execution of digital, data and automation programs, aligning technology delivery with measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate blends PMO discipline, business acumen, and data fluency to govern execution while shaping digital transformation strategy from the frontlines. The director leads strategic alignment of executive vision with data transformation roadmaps. They oversee end-to-end program planning and execution, integrating digital and data efforts with reporting and automation outcomes. They engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment between technology and business goals, leveraging data storytelling and financial impact framing. The director manages cross-functional teams, providing leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation across agile and hybrid environments and own financial management of data programs including budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, and ROI-focused performance reporting.
