Data Analyst

Support internal and client data needs through training and reporting on Transportation Management System (TMS). Reporting to the Manager of Insight Solutions, the Data Analyst will leverage technical skills to perform data discovery, build reports and respond to ad hoc data requests across departments. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and issues, then communicate resolutions in a timely manner. Operate with an investigative mindset, proactively looking out for our client's data needs, interpreting trends and suggesting new and innovative ways to keep clients succeeding with TMS. Responsibilities include authoring and maintaining dashboards via Tableau/FullStory, troubleshooting Mastermind/Snowflake issues, performing ad-hoc analysis, managing communication with internal and external stakeholders, collaborating on data discovery, and providing feedback to improve training. Workplace is remote for candidates based in Latin America, headquartered in Argentina, and successful candidate must be willing to support Central Timezone office hours, 8 AM to 5 PM.
